Frankly, I’m not wildly concerned about Micheal Bay ruining TMNT. There have been a lot of bad iterations of TMNT already, and I’m certainly not going to lose sleep over one more. Sure making them aliens is a pretty heinous diversion from cannon, but the entire series started as a parody. One could say that any iteration that takes itself seriously is somewhat of a diversion.

Journey is a cool little indie art game about getting the best scarf. I couldn’t think of hipper game if I tried. Except maybe if I’d never heard of it.
In all seriousness though, Journey is outstanding. I highly recommend getting it if only to give money to people doing something interesting and good. I find that the presentation of a created world through interaction and exploration...

I’ve never actually played Angry Birds, and I don’t really have any desire to. It certainly wasn’t anything new when it came out. I’d played a ton of games just like it. I guess it was just the perfect combination of timing and quirkiness when the iPhone came out.

I wish we had made up Space Kraken. I feel like we would just call the giant tentacle monster from space a kraken. Tacking on “Space” just seems unnecessary. So many 90’s cartoon villains had ridiculously small scale plans.
